Ben Farnsworth

In 1992, Ben Farnsworth, a young boy born and raised in The Family, committed suicide in Hong Kong several months after his escape from a Family compound in Macau where he and other children who rebelled against the cult were sent for reeducation and retraining.1234 Evidence uncovered during judicial investigations of the cult in Argentina5 and the United Kingdom6 revealed that Family children, including Farnsworth and David Berg’s grand-daughter Merry Berg, sent to Macau experienced severe and traumatic abuse during their stay there.
